Base retreat cost is $151, plus processing fees (total just under $160).

LATE REGISTRATION  |  Oct 26 - Nov 7th 
Retreat cost increases by $20.

FINAL DEADLINE : NOVEMBER 7th
Registration closes at 11:59 PM November 7th.



  • High School student in 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade.

  • Adult leaders/chaperones attend with a group to supervise and engage with students.

  • This is for individuals on program staff only (planning team, band, speaker, etc.). If you are also supervising a group, register as a LEADER.

  • Volunteer to serve! Work crew helps with setup/cleanup and activities.

  • In addition to helping prepare, implement and clean up retreat activities and providing general retreat help, Work Crew Plus commits to help with the following:
    --- 1. Help camp staff reset the dining room after each meal.
    --- 2. Help harness/unharness campers during Saturday Zip Line and Climbing Tower.
    --- 3. Stay after the retreat on Sunday to help clean up Rainier Center.

    *** If you cannot commit to these extra tasks, please select the first Work Crew option.

  • Students must be registered with a group for housing and supervision purposes. 
  • If you don't see your church or group on the list, let us know and we will track down your leader to confirm that they are coming.
  • If you don't have a group to come with, select that option and we will connect you with a group.


SCHOLARSHIP INFOTo obtain a scholarship, please do the following PRIOR to registering.
Step 1
Talk to your church or youth leader about scholarship assistance available through your church.
Step 2
Participants from PacNWC churches who need additional financial help can visit our Scholarship Application Page to apply for assistance from the conference.
Step 3
Those who receive a scholarship will be given a coupon code to enter on this page to reduce the base registration fee.

Add A Bonus Free Time Activity

Free time will include plenty of fun, no-cost options at the sport court, lake, activity fields and various lodges and meeting spaces. Participants may optionally participate in one Bonus Activity for a fee. If there are remaining open slots, they will be available for cash purchase at the retreat.

PLEASE NOTE: Fees will not be refunded for participants who don't show up to the scheduled activity.

All retreat participants must have a signed liability waiver on file in order to participate in the retreat. Adults (18 years and older) must sign their own release and minors (under 18) must have a legal parent/guardian sign the release.
